Our HVAC Plenum Ceiling Register Box is designed for home HVAC Duct Vents. It can work with both metal duct pipes and flexible ductwork. Once installed, it can be sealed securely with a duct sealer. These premium HVAC Duct Ceiling Register Boxes are perfect for adding a register in the ceiling to supply air to any room.

All of our Ceiling Boxes are constructed from the highest quality galvanized steel, with 26 gauge sheet metal and a drywall flange. The sizes listed indicate the box opening widths, with the round size as the final dimension. Each box comes with a plaster ground flange for easy finishing on plaster or drywall surfaces. The C-Boxes are built with a flange surrounding the square portion that can be used for attachment or folded over.

DUCT INSTALLATION TIPS & TRICKS

Ensure that the ceiling box is securely attached to the ceiling framing using nails or screws. In many cases where the duct is resting on the ceiling members, consider attaching a 90-degree elbow adjusted to a 45-degree angle or a 45-degree adjustable elbow to the round collar on the ceiling box, and then connect your Flexible Duct or Sheet Metal Duct to the elbow. A retaining ridge around the inlet neck ensures a snug fit with the flexible duct, while the drywall flange provides a secure installation point and anchor for register screws.
